Our Catholic Appeal 
Just as Jesus labored in the Father’s vineyard by teaching and healing, we too are called to serve the Lord and one another.
Our Catholic Appeal is an annual opportunity for every member of our faith family to share in the pastoral work of Christ by funding the important programs and ministries of the Diocese of Orlando. This critical operating support enables the Diocese to provide our people, parishes and schools with a wide variety of essential services that change lives –and souls.
How your gift to Our Catholic Appeal helps others
Gifts to Our Catholic Appeal fund the annual operating costs of our diocesan Chancery and provide critical support for outreach programs such as Catholic Charities of Central Florida. The life-changing programs and ministries that are made possible through Our Catholic Appeal benefit our entire Central Florida community and help our diocese to:
- feed the hungry and comfort the sick
- educate young people in an environment where Christ is loved and embraced
- assist families to grow in their love for God and one another
- train parish catechists and certify new lay ecclesial ministers
- defend human life and dignity
- offer resources for lifelong faith formation
- nurture those who have answered God’s call to the priesthood or religious life
