Managed by The Catholic Foundation of Central Florida, endowments and reserve funds help parishes, schools and entities plan ahead for needed expenses. When the HVAC units in both the parish hall and school gym failed, the church was able to replace them both almost immediately, rather than needing to raise funds for this large, unbudgeted project. Capital Reserve Funds are great tools to leverage donor generosity with market return to provide for future capital improvements.
