Andrew Orosz has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Hanover Capital Partners since 2017. In that capacity, Andrew principally facilitates Hanover’s real estate acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions, while providing guidance on a variety of corporate, real estate, and business-related issues. During the course of Andrew’s tenure at Hanover, Andrew and his brothers formed Hanover Family Builders, LLC, which was sold to Landsea Homes (NASDAQ: LSEA) in January of 2022. Andrew continued to work for Landsea in an advisory capacity for an interim period of time following the closing of the transaction. Prior to joining Hanover, Andrew served as a Shareholder with the Florida-based law firm of GrayRobinson, P.A. During his career in private practice, Andrew gained significant representative experience in the hospitality industry, where he has facilitated the acquisition, financing, and disposition of luxury and resort hospitality properties valued at over $4 Billion throughout the United States.
Andrew is a 1999 graduate of Bishop Moore Catholic High School and holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame (2003, Magna Cum Laude), a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law (2006, Cum Laude), and Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business (2006). Andrew is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and previously served as the President of the MorningStar School in Orlando. Andrew has been frequently recognized in various “Best of” legal publications as a preeminent real estate practitioner.
Andrew is married with 3 young children and resides in Orlando, Florida. He is a Vice President of the Orosz Family Foundation, a board member of the Elevation Scholars Program, and a member of the Executive Committee for the Cristo Rey Orlando, a Catholic high school that is anticipated to open for the 2025 school year. Andrew is a parishioner at St. Margaret Mary, a passionate Notre Dame football fan, and enjoys participating in a variety of sports activities.
