Rachel works at Accenture as a Strategy & Consulting Manager in their Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice in Orlando, where she partners with her clients to drive human-centered transformation to achieve their strategic objectives.

Rachel is a young professional who was born and raised in Orlando. She holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and history from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Theology from the Augustine Institute.

She currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for JMJ Pregnancy Center. Rachel is married to her husband, Brian Youngs. In 2020, they were blessed with their daughter, Avila.

Rachel and her family are active parishioners at Holy Family Catholic Church in Orlando, FL. Within her community, she is involved in various ministries and organizations including youth ministry and Moms of Preschoolers (MOPS).
