Randall Scott is President, CEO and Chairman of MANDEX, Inc., a respected Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business that provides national security and information technology services. MANDEX is based in Fairfax, VA, and operates offices throughout the nation, including Ocala. He has enjoyed a career of more than 50 years, including service in the U.S. military and as a contractor supporting national defense. He has more than 30 years of experience managing governmental and private organizations.

Randall currently serves on several boards and councils, including the Catholic University of America (CUA) School of Theology and Religious Studies (STRS) Board of Visitors, CUA Parents Council, and CUA 1887 Society. He is a graduate with degrees from several universities as well as numerous military institutions and schools.

Over the past 15 years, Randall has been actively involved in the community by helping to improve educational outcomes as they relate to the “Catholic Perspective”. For decades, he and his family have worked to serve the Church and Catholic community through gifts and personal support.
